By accessing or using any website, application, software product, or service provided by Anjani Creations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anjani Creations. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all products and services including School ERP systems, HRM software, AI-powered tools, mobile applications, custom websites, and any other software solutions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.
Anjani Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

Anjani Creations provides a comprehensive suite of software development and technology services designed to help businesses grow faster and work smarter.
School ERP Systems: Comprehensive institution management platforms covering admissions, attendance, academics, fee management, parent portals, and reporting.
HRM & Payroll Software: Human resource management systems including employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, leave tracking, and compliance tools.
AI-Powered Tools: Custom artificial intelligence solutions, chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent data analytics systems.
Mobile Application Development: Native and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android tailored to your business requirements.
Custom Web Development: Responsive websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, portals, and API development using modern technologies.
Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Cloud setup, migration, hosting management, and DevOps services on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
IT Consulting & Support: Technology strategy consulting, system integration, maintenance contracts, and technical support services.
While we target maximum uptime for SaaS products, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance with at least 48 hours' notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
You must immediately notify Anjani Creations of any unauthorized access or security breach at anjanicreations09@gmail.com.
You may not share account credentials with unauthorized persons or allow multiple users to access the platform through a single account.
Anjani Creations reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting anjanicreations09@gmail.com. Data deletion will be processed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
All pricing, billing, and payment terms are governed by the specific agreement or proposal executed between Anjani Creations and the client. The following general terms apply to all commercial engagements.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated in a specific contract.
For project-based work, a minimum of 30–50% advance payment is required before work commences.
Monthly SaaS subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions may be offered at a discounted rate and are billed upfront.
Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Anjani Creations reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Advance payments for custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Monthly SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but will not renew.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months, at our discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date for consideration.
If we fail to deliver agreed services, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to anjanicreations09@gmail.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Intellectual property ownership is a critical aspect of any software engagement. The following terms govern the ownership and licensing of work produced by Anjani Creations.
Our brand name, logo, website design, marketing materials, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Anjani Creations.
Our proprietary frameworks, code libraries, development methodologies, and platform architecture remain the intellectual property of Anjani Creations.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets without written permission.
Upon full payment of all project fees, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and deliverables produced specifically for them, unless otherwise agreed in the project contract. Any reusable modules, libraries, or components developed during the project that are not client-specific remain the property of Anjani Creations.
You retain all ownership of data, content, and materials you provide or upload to our platforms. By using our services, you grant Anjani Creations a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use your content solely to provide and improve the agreed services.
Our software may incorporate open-source components, each governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL, etc.). A list of open-source dependencies can be provided upon request.
To protect the integrity of our services and the safety of all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited when using any Anjani Creations product or service.
Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, databases, or other users' accounts.
Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code into our systems.
Engaging in any form of denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attack against our infrastructure.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of our proprietary software.
Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from our platforms without written permission.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the origin of information you submit.
Transmitting unsolicited promotional communications (spam) through our platforms.
Using our services to store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Interfering with or disrupting other users' access to or use of our services.
Sublicensing, reselling, or commercializing our services without a formal reseller agreement.
Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination without refund, and legal action. Anjani Creations reserves the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
In the course of our engagement, both parties may have access to confidential and proprietary information. We treat all client information with the utmost discretion.
We will not disclose your business processes, data, source code, or any client-specific information to any third party without your written consent.
Access to your project data is restricted to the team members directly working on your engagement.
All Anjani Creations employees and contractors sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.
We are happy to execute a formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) prior to sharing sensitive project details.
You agree not to disclose any proprietary technical information, pricing structures, methodologies, or trade secrets shared by Anjani Creations during the course of our engagement without our written consent.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, Anjani Creations reserves the right to list your company name and a brief project description in our portfolio and case studies. No confidential data or screenshots will be shared without explicit written approval.
Please read this section carefully. It limits the liability of Anjani Creations and describes the warranties we provide and disclaim.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we work hard to ensure quality, Anjani Creations makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, unless expressly stated in a specific service agreement.
Anjani Creations' total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet failures, or third-party service outages.
We are not responsible for any third-party products, services, or websites linked from or integrated with our platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anjani Creations and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Anjani Creations is committed to providing reliable support to help you get the most from our software solutions. Support terms vary by service tier.
Email support with responses within 24–48 business hours.
Access to our comprehensive documentation portal and knowledge base.
Bug fixes for verified defects in our software.
Security patches deployed within 48 hours of a critical vulnerability disclosure.
Priority email and chat support with responses within 4 business hours.
Dedicated account manager for onboarding, quarterly check-ins, and escalation.
Phone support during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Fri).
Access to beta features and early product releases.
Custom feature development beyond the agreed project scope (billed separately).
Issues caused by unauthorized modifications to the codebase.
Third-party software, hardware, or infrastructure not provided by Anjani Creations.
User errors and operator-related issues (training available at additional cost).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as described below.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State], India for resolution of any disputes.
Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting anjanicreations09@gmail.com. A 30-day negotiation period applies.
Step 2 – Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed mediator. Mediation costs are shared equally.
Step 3 – Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Either party may terminate the service relationship under the conditions described below.
You may cancel a SaaS subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
For ongoing development projects, termination requires 14 days' written notice and payment for all work completed to date.
Upon cancellation, your access to the services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms.
We may terminate services with 30 days' notice if your account is inactive for more than 12 months.
We may terminate services with 7 days' notice if payments remain overdue beyond 60 days.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. You must immediately stop using our services. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
Anjani Creations reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Our approach to communicating updates depends on the significance of the change.
Minor changes (typos, clarifications, formatting): Updated without notice, effective upon posting.
Moderate changes (scope adjustments, new clauses): 14 days' advance notice via email to registered users.
Material changes (significant rights alterations, pricing): 30 days' advance notice with explicit acknowledgment required for continued use.
If you object to any update, your remedy is to stop using our services and, where applicable, request a prorated refund for the remaining period per our refund policy. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance.
