How do the pricing plans work?
Each plan is a bundle of device onboarding keys, not a monthly subscription. One key enrolls one phone. The displayed pricing is indicative; final rates, taxes and key validity are confirmed in your quote. Contact us with your expected device volume to choose a suitable bundle.
What is NS Softtech EMI Locker?
It is an EMI device management SaaS platform developed by Anjani Creations. It links a financed phone to its repayment plan so retailers and finance companies can manage enrollment, reminders, payments and staged device restrictions from one system.
Is a key a password?
No. A key is an onboarding credit for one phone. Enrolling a device consumes one key from the retailer’s balance. Only the Master generates new keys, and allocations move through each successive partner level without skipping levels.
What happens when a customer misses a payment?
The process is gradual: Active, Notice 1, Notice 2 and Restricted. Selected features may be restricted if installments remain unpaid, while incoming calls, SMS and Emergency SOS remain functional. Access is restored after the outstanding payment is recorded.
Can a phone be unlocked without internet?
Yes. A retailer can generate a temporary offline unlock code and share it with the customer. The customer enters it on the phone within its short validity window. Online restoration uses a push notification.
Can customers simply uninstall the locker?
Android onboarding provisions the Locker app as Device Owner, with Factory Reset Protection configured to help prevent bypass. Device management has stronger controls than an ordinary app; compatibility and provisioning requirements can be discussed during a demo.
Who can request a device’s location?
Location access is permission-controlled and may be requested only when two or more installments are overdue. Each request is recorded in the audit log. It is not available to every user in the network.
Does the platform support iPhones?
Android is the core device-locking implementation. Apple MDM integration for iPhones is in its early stages. Contact Anjani Creations to discuss current iOS availability and device compatibility.
