Data Deletion Instructions

Anjani AI WhatsApp CRM uses Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Meta Lead Ads data only for CRM, lead management, customer communication, AI auto-reply, lead scoring, and follow-up automation.

How to request data deletion

1. Send an email to support@anjanicreations.com.
2. Use the subject: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your name, email, phone number, Facebook Page ID, Instagram account ID, or WhatsApp number if available.
4. Our team will verify the request and delete your related CRM, lead, conversation, and social inbox data from our system.
5. Data deletion will be completed within 7 working days.

Remove our app from Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook account Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites.
3. Find Anjani AI WhatsApp CRM.
4. Click Remove.
5. After removing the app, you may request data deletion.
